Dave had prostate cancer a few years ago, but was lucky enough to beat it the first time. I recently found out that he was not feeling well and went back into the doctors only to find out that not only had his cancer came back but it is now in his lungs and is projected that he only has 6 to 8 months.
As I type this Dave is working at Domino’s to provide for his children, two of which haven’t even graduated from high school. I want Dave to be able to take off from work and do something meaningful with his family. Road trips, camping, hunting or fishing are family events that we all get around to eventually but Dave can’t take time off for them because, like everyone, he has bills to pay.
As a Marine Corps Veteran I have never asked for anything that I haven’t earned, but now I am begging for the support and generosity of everyone to help make this great man’s life a little better.
